This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application SNAPCAPE and/or website of Digital Belly Services India LLP and/or SNAPCAPE's website version launched for buyers of the snap/videos/pictures etc uploaded by the users of SNAPCAPE. The Mobile APP i.e. SNAPCAPE is a mobile based application used by the users for uploading their snaps/pictures/videos which will then be put on sell in virtual market space through web based service SNAPCAPE web version and from here any person/company/any legal identity can buy the same after fulfilling legal obligations as is imposed by the company or by government of India from time to time and after making required payments against such purchase.

1. What is SNAPCAPE APP and how is it used?
(i) SNAPCAPE APP is the free to use mobile application which can be downloaded by the any mobile user without any charges. However, downloading the same can be chargeable subject to net connection download rates as is used by such user depending upon their network service provider. This APP help user to upload their snap/video/pictures which will then be displayed on web version of SNAPCAPE and the same can be purchased by any person/company/legal identity depending upon their need, use or interest.
(ii) Contents once uploaded on SNAPCAPE APP can be seen by any person and it should be understood in clear terms that such uploaded will be put on sales through virtual market space using web version of SNAPCAPE and therefore, no privacy infringement claims will be entertained once any uploads are done using SNAPCAPE APP.
(iii) Any contents uploaded through SNAPCAPE APP can be reviewed and company reserves the right to screen any objectionable elements getting uploaded. In such cases, company also reserves the right to seek legal remedies for legal breach as per law enforced in India.
(iv) SNAPCAPE APP obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, phone number, password and your contact address and your interests; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as while asking doubts, participating in competitions or events etc as is placed by the company from time to time.
(v) We may use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions through Automatically Collected Information system. In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

2. Sharing information on other platform/social media
We don't share any information of you or created by you on social media sites like Facebook/twitter etc. Only you have the control and rights to share any part of application or its content to social media on your behalf.

3. Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described below in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

1. as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
2. when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

4. if Digital Belly India Private Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

4. Opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

5. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

6. Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees only who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

7. Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in India. If you reside outside India your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Indian privacy standards.

8. About Cookies
When user visit to the Company's Site, a text file called a cookie is placed in the browser directory of user computer's hard drive. However company request to consult the "Help" section of computer browser for more information on the same. However, certain areas of company's websites can only be accessed in conjunction with cookies or similar devices and user should be aware that disabling cookies or similar devices might prevent them from accessing some of company's content.

9. Security of Data
Whenever user purchase a license through the Marketplace, user can do so over a secure (i.e., encrypted) connection. This ensures that their personal information is not at risk. Additionally, company encrypt user's credit card information and store it in a secure location, which can be accessed only by authorized personnel. As no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, while Company uses commercially reasonable methods to protect such personal information, company cannot guarantee that it is absolutely security. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized third party compromises Company's security measures, Company will not be responsible for any damages directly or indirectly caused by an unauthorized third party's ability to view, use or disseminate such personal or secured information.

Sites to which we (SNAPCAPE) link may have different privacy policies and practices from those disclosed here. We assume no responsibility for the policies or practices of linked sites.

11. Changes to This Online Privacy Policy
Company reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page. User continued use of this Site will be deemed conclusive acceptance of such modification.
